Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees because of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that our services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. You are obligated to pay compensation for the value of the digital content delivered up to the point of withdrawal if you were made aware of this legal consequence prior to submitting your contractual declaration and expressly consented to our commencing delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely, i.e. with the start of the download of digital content, if you expressly request and at the same time agree that we start executing the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have also confirmed to us your knowledge that by agreeing you lose your right of withdrawal at the start of the execution of the contract (at the start of the download).
Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured in accordance with the customer’s specifications or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s individual needs.
